Junior Development – ages 13 to 19
Senior Development – ages 20 to 29
Two to three sessions per week from June to March

These athlete-centred programs are for those skiers who want to have fun and improve their racing technique while pursuing a higher level commitment to the sport. Participants can follow a comprehensive year-round training program made up of a variety of activities that can be customized to meet individual goals. Coaches constantly monitor the progress of the athletes, providing feedback on an individual basis through technique sessions, video analysis and training diaries. Many opportunities exist for various levels of competition and travel.
